By accessing or using the Loadofs Foundation application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

Loadofs Foundation provides a platform for event organisers to create, manage, and sell tickets for events. We act as a tool for organisers and, in some capacities, as a Merchant of Record for payment processing via third-party providers like Stripe.

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All you have to pay for is to purchase the App and all rights of usage will be passed to you unreserveably.

You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

•     Interfering with the security-related features of the application.
•     Using the platform to distribute spam or malicious content.

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loadofs Foundation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadofs Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
